1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Ultiplay desktop application is governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) included with the installer.

2. About Ultiplay

Ultiplay is a multi-video player application for Microsoft Windows. This Site provides information about the product, a launch waitlist, and — once available — purchase links processed by our payments partner, Lemon Squeezy.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site for personal or commercial evaluation. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content beyond reasonable indexing;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
• impersonate Ultiplay or use our branding or assets in a misleading way.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content — including the Ultiplay name, logo, copy, artwork, the commercial video, and product screenshots — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute this material without prior written permission, except for normal browsing and fair use commentary.

5. Waitlist signup

You may submit your email address to be notified about Ultiplay's launch. By doing so, you consent to receive a small number of launch-related emails. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and licensing

When Ultiplay becomes purchasable, all transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who also issues your license key. Refunds, billing, and tax handling are governed by Lemon Squeezy's policies as well as the Ultiplay EULA delivered with the application. Pricing is subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or availability of the Site or any specific feature of the application.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Site.

9. Third-party content

The Site embeds third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos) and links to third-party services (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
